To view prices or to place an order you must register and open an account with us. Ordering and the Supply of Goods
Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods through the website. This is the User Agreement for Gema UK. To place an order with Gema UK you must open an account with us.
You are deemed to place an order with Gema UK by ordering via our online shop. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to review your order and amend any errors. We strongly advise that you double check all bespoke orders (sizes, spellings, metals etc.) are correct as they cannot be cancelled.
We may refuse to accept an order for the following reasons
Our acceptance of your order takes place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we notify you that we do not accept your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between Gema UK and you as an individual and company. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into a legally binding contract and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify DO NOT use this site.
Pricing, Delivery and Discounts:
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in the sales invoice. Prices shown on the website are for guidance only and may change with fluctuations in weight and commodity prices. We reserve the right at any time to alter prices on this website without notice.
All of our prices are in either the UK Pounds or Euro and as a result you will be billed in UK Pounds £ -Sterling or Euro. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. UK VAT at the current rate is charged on all purchases unless you are an EU customer that has provided us with a valid VAT number or a foreign non EU customer and the goods are shipped by us directly to the foreign address provided on the sales invoice.
You may be required to pay additional costs for delivery and insurance. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Orders are to be paid for by debit, credit card or online bank transfer only. We regret we are unable to accept other means of payment (unless by prior agreement you may have a credit account with us).
Promotional discount codes: We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or via third parties) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. Discount codes must be used at the time of ordering and cannot be used retrospectively.
Cancellations & Returns
Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to:
The goods not having been dispatched we would urge that you email [email protected] as soon as possible.
If items have been dispatched then the following will apply:
The goods have not had any security tags removed from the item.
The item(s) cannot be a Bespoke Special Order, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the Gema UK invoice.
We will not accept goods returned to us which have been ordered more than #months since the invoice date.
Delivery of goods to you
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
We may deliver the goods in instalments. Each instalment will be treated as an individual contract.
Orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail or an alternative carrier. International deliveries are made by Royal Mail/National post service or an alternative carrier.
You will become the legal owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been paid for in full. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Liability
Upon receipt of the goods delivered you are required to inspect all items as soon as practicable and report any shortages, breakages or defects in writing.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email ([email protected]) of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. Goods sent using non- insured post are not covered for losses or damage. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either:

Prices quoted exclude UK VAT. Gema UK does not accept responsibility for customs duties or any other levies when sending goods abroad. Gema UK is unable to provide VAT refunds when sending items abroad. Customers based outside of the UK, but in the EU, must provide a VAT number when ordering goods.
